Lee Gifford purchased the house in 1998 for nearly $3.5 million and saw the property value increase three folds in two decades. The picturesque home has the choicest amenities, including a gym, pool, and outdoor dining space. With the seventies around the corner, it is probably the right time for her to enjoy such luxuries!

Ryan Seacrest – $85 Million, Beverly Hills

Ryan Seacrest certainly knows where and when to splurge. The popular talk show host bought an LA mansion for a sizable amount, and boy, does it look beautiful! Spread over an area of two acres, the nine-bedroom house has facilities that one can only dream about.

Tom Selleck is a well-known actor and producer. Arguably his most famous role was in Magnum, P.I., a series that ran in the ’80s. Right around that time, Selleck was also in Lassiter, Runaway, Her Alibi, An Innocent Man, and many more movies.

Selleck was also a regular on Friends, a hit TV show, and in recent years, we’ve seen him in Blue Bloods (2010–2020), where he plays the role of NYPD Commissioner Frank Reagan. The deluxe house in the photos above is that character’s home on the show. In reality, it belongs to Diocese of St. Maron-USA, and its price is unknown.
